Prenatal Fitness & Yoga

Improve your posture, stretch those tight muscles as well as strengthen your core and learn how to safely exercise during pregnancy. With all the trendy prenatal exercises out there, it is important that moms-to-be learn how to safely exercise during pregnancy and why some exercises are contraindicated. All Fitness levels welcome, and trimesters welcome. This class is also safe for women who have Diastasis Recti, Gestational Diabetes, Gestational Hypertension and Preeclampsia.

Please note: A signed Parmed-X for pregnancy is required in order to participate in this class, make sure to have your healthcare practitioner's  signed approval. The form can be downloaded from my "forms" tab.

Online Fitness

Beginner's Indoor Cycling

If you are a beginner and/or you have a bike that does not have a monitor, this class will be taught by your RPE (rate of perceived exertion - scale from 1-10). What this means is that we will ride by how you feel rather than the RPM (speed) or gear. Please note: We do not do push-ups or use dumbbells in this class, it is strictly a riding class.


Here is a chart that might help you:


Zone 1 is 60-70% of threshold heart rate. This is a very light intensity effort. This tends to be a warm-up or a cool down, you can carry a long conversation. (RPE :1-3) Easy


Zone 2 is 70-80% of threshold heart rate. This tends to be more of a flat road or slight hill, you can definitely feel the resistance but you are starting to struggle to talk. (RPE: 4-5) Moderate


Zone 3 is 80-90% of threshold heart rate. This can be defined as a steep hill or race. You can only say 2-3 words at a time and its very hard to talk. Hard


Zone 4 is 90-100% of threshold heart rate. Harder intensity effort. You can reply in single word responses. This can be defined as a sprint. Very Hard

Intermediate/Advanced Indoor Cycling

If you are familiar with your RPE or you have a bike that shows your cadence (RPM/speed). This class is for you! We will go through different functional drills both seated and standing (no push-ups or dumbbells). Expect to break a sweat!
