BABY & ME FITNESS

This is a baby-friendly class that offers a full body workout that will help you melt away your baby weight as well as regain your strength, cardio and flexibility with the emphasis on core work and flexibility. The perfect mixture of weight training and Yoga! This class is a great way to socialize with other moms and babies while toning your body, best yet, NO NEED FOR BABYSITTER! All fitness levels are welcome and breaks for feeding or soothing are encouraged. A super fun class for moms and babies!!


This is a super popular class and drop-in is only available when the class is not full so make sure to register ahead of time!

STROLLER FIT

Stroller Fitness is a full body workout, intended for moms and babies who are always on the go. Incorporating indoor and outdoor exercises, this class will tone your arms and legs, improve your cardio and balance, and strengthen your core in addition to some light Yoga stretches. This is a great opportunity to meet other moms. All fitness levels are welcome. Fall/Winter indoor classes. Spring/ Summer outdoor classes weather dependent.


This is a super popular class and drop-in is only available when the class is not full so make sure to register ahead of time! Classes are taught indoors in the fall/winter

ATHLETIC INTERVAL TRAINING

This class is great for all ages, shapes and levels. Every week we target a different area: First Saturday of the month : All Core, Second Saturday: Upper Body, Third Saturday: Lower Body and the Fourth Saturday is Stations day. This is a great class to tone your entire body while concentrating on each troubled area every week, ending it with 15 minutes of stretching. Have fun, burn calories and make new friends!
