"Viv has been an amazing trainer to me! I first met her at the Coal Harbour community centre at Boot Camp. When I first started working out I could only lift 5lbs weights and over time Viv tailored exercises to increase my strength. I can now lift 20lbs weights, it’s amazing! Viv’s training helped grow my confidence in working out on my own by teaching me how to properly use the equipment and understanding my limits.
